SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Once you place an order on Aminah Muslimah, please allow 7 business days for premade order processing and 7-20 businesses days for made to order items. During this time, we will verify and prepare your items for shipment. Our business days are Monday through Friday.
Transit Time: The transit time refers to the duration taken for your order to reach its destination after it has been shipped. It's essential to note that the processing time of 7-20 business days is not included in the transit time. Therefore, the total time from when you place your order to when you receive it will be the processing time plus the transit time.
Shipping Services: We offer various shipping services to cater to your needs. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process. Please choose the one that best suits your requirements. However, it is important to understand that transit times provided for are only estimates and not guaranteed and does not include processing time.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your package's journey and get a more accurate estimate of when it will arrive. All orders are insured if lost or stolen on the carriers behalf. Aminah Muslimah will be happy to assist you in anyway possible to file a claim.It is also important to note all orders over $200.00 usd will require a signature.
Delays and Exceptions: While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, some circumstances may cause delays beyond our control.These can include adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, postal strikes, or other unforeseen events. If there is ever a delay in delivery we will personally contact you.We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We will not be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect addresses.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must first receive a Return Authorization from Aminah Muslimah.A Return Authorization may be obtained by contacting us at Aminahmuslimah@icloud.com. All packages received that have not obtained a Return Authorization will be returned to sender.
Return the original item within 7 days from when it was received, in its original condition, for a refund of your payment, minus a return shipping label fee. All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to Aminah Muslimah. Items must be unworn, unwashed and the original tags must be attached. If products are not in resalable condition, your refund will not be processed, and returned to sender.
From the time your package arrives at our facility, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed by Aminah Muslimah.
We treat exchanges as new orders. If you are interested in an exchange, please follow the return process above and then submit a new order for the items you would like.
